A Weekend Food Treat

It’s simple and old. Useful any time. The Brits used to have a special masher-spoon designed for it.

You take your favorite blue cheese, a couple tablespoons at most (I don’t think this works as a party pot, but prove me wrong) and mush it thoroughly into your favorite cognac or brandy.

Spread on a cracker or eat it straight as I do now.
